(Alliance News) - Ergomed PLC said Friday four directors bought shares in the company, worth GBP186,600 in total this week.
The pharmaceutical services provider said Non-Executive Director Rolf Soderstrom bought 5,000 shares on Tuesday, at GBP4.56 pence each. At the same time, Linda Davey, a person closely associated with Soderstrom, bought the same number of shares at the same price. The two purchase were together worth GBP45,600.
Following the transaction Soderstrom now has 10,000 shares in the company, including shares acquired by Davey.
Also on Tuesday, Non-Executive Directors Jim Esinhart and Ian Johnson each purchased 10,000 shares, at a price of GBP4.56, together worth GBP91,200.
Meanwhile on Wednesday, Chief Operating Officer Lewis Cameron bought 10,910 shares at the same price of GBP4.56 each, worth GBP49,749.
Following these transactions, Esinhart and Johnson have 10,000 shares each, while COO Cameron has 10,910 shares.
Ergomed shares were trading 5.6% higher in London at 456.00 pence each.
