(Sharecast News) - Everyman Media revealed on Tuesday that chief executive Alex Scrimgeour had acquired 44,191 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed cinema operator.
Scrimgeour, who was named as CEO in December 2020, purchased the shares on Friday at an average price of 130.0p each, for a total value of £57,448.30.
Following the transaction, Scrimgeour has a shareholding of 240,974 ordinary Everyman shares, representing 0.26% of the company's issued share capital.
As of 1645 BST, Everyman shares were up 2.67% at 138.60p.
