DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Energean Oil & Gas Director's Associate Buys Stock

(Alliance News) - Energean Oil & Gas PLC on Tuesday said a firm associated with its Non-Executive Director Efstathios Topouzoglou purchased 135,000 shares in the company across two transactions.

On Friday, OilCo Investments Ltd purchased 65,000 shares at GBP7.419 each, GBP482,235 altogether.

On Monday, OilCo bought another 70,000 at GBP7.519 apiece, GBP526,330 altogether.

Energean did not disclose how many shares Topouzoglou holds following the transaction.

Shares in the company were 0.7% higher at 765.00 pence each shortly before market close in London on Tuesday.
