LONDON (Alliance News) - Echo Energy PLC said Chief Executive Officer Fiona Margaret Barkham purchased 83,333 shares at a price of 12.00 pence per share on Friday.
It has not been disclosed how many shares Barkham now holds in the company following the GBP10,000 deal.
Shares in the oil and gas company closed at at 12.70 pence each on Friday, down 12%
