LONDON (Alliance News) - City of London Investment Group PLC said Chief Executive Officer Barry Olliff sold 250,000 shares at a price of 350 pence per share Wednesday.
Following this transaction, Olliff holds 2.9 million shares, which represents 10.7% stake in the firm.
Shares in the investment manager closed down 0.3% at 352.00p Wednesday.
