DIRECTOR DEALINGS: CentralNic Managing Director Baladason Sells Shares

(Alliance News) - CentralNic Group PLC on Thursday said Managing Director Don Baladasan sold shares in three transactions between Monday to Thursday.

On Monday, Baladasan sold 100,000 shares at 92.00 pence per share for a total amount of GBP92,000. Then on Wednesday, he sold 50,000 shares at the same price, totalling GBP46,000.

On Thursday, he sold a further 25,000 shares at 90.00p each for GBP22,500.

Shares in the internet services company closed up 4.0% at 92.50 on Thursday in London.

Following the transactions, Baladasan has an interest of 421,153 shares and 2 million options.
