LONDON (Alliance News) - Capital & Regional PLC on Wednesday said Kiyoma Lakes Trust and Rose Trust each acquired shares in the company on Tuesday and Wednesday.
The property company said Kiyoma Lakes Trust acquired 60,000 shares on Tuesday for 67.07 pence per share. Byron Norval, the son of non-executive director Louis Norval, is a beneficiary of the trust.
Rose Trust acquired 2,648 shares in the company on Wednesday for 66.5 pence per share. Robyn Merrington, Louis Norval's daughter, is a beneficiary of that trust.
Shares in Capital & Regional closed down 1.1% to 66.25 pence on Wednesday.
