LONDON (Alliance News) - Canadian Overseas Petroleum Ltd on Wednesday said President and Chief Executive Officer Arthur Millholland bought a total of 5 million shares.
Millholland bought 949,000 shares on Tuesday at USD0.02993 each and 4 .1 million shares at USD0.04 each on Monday.
Following this transaction, Millholland's beneficial holding is 10.7 million shares representing approximately 2.3% of the issued share capital.
Shares in the oil and gas exploration company were up 14% at 2.00 pence Wednesday.
