LONDON (Alliance News) - C4X Discovery Holdings PLC Thursday said Chairman Clive Dix bought 50,000 shares at a price of 67.5 pence per share Wednesday.
Following this transaction, Dix interest in 641,250 shares, representing approximately 2.07% of issued shares.
Shares in the drug discovery and design group were down 1.4% at 70.00p Thursday.
