DIRECTOR DEALINGS: BP Executives, Non-Exec Chairman Acquire Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - BP PLC said Friday that a group of executives, and non-executive independent Chairman Carl-Henric Svanberg, acquired shares in the company at USD8.110 per share through its scrip dividend programme.

Chief Operating Officer Of Product Ben Looney bought 192 shares, Executive Vice President and Group Chief Of Staff Dev Sanyal bought 367 shares, Chief Executive of the Refining and Marketing Business Iain Conn's wife, Caroline Shorten Conn, bought 426 shares. Svanberg acquired 12,174 shares.

Shares in BP closed up 1.6% at 484.05 pence Friday afternoon.
