(Sharecast News) - Big Yellow Group revealed on Thursday that chairman Nicholas Vetch's wife Catherine had disposed of 240,000 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed self-storage units provider.
Vetch's spouse sold the shares at an average price of 1,569.49p each, for a total value of £3.76m.
The sale, along with one undertaken on 31 August, was part of an effort to cover tax liabilities.
As of 1650 BST, Big Yellow shares were down 0.19% at 1,568.0p.
