(Alliance News) - Begbies Traynor PLC said Wednesday that Non-Executive Director John May purchased around GBP25,130 in shares in a deal on Tuesday.
May acquired 32,462 shares at a price of 76.99 pence per share. It has not been disclosed how many shares he holds following this transaction.
On Tuesday, Begbies Traynor said its pretax profit rose by 52% to GBP3.5 million, while revenue grew by 15% to GBP60.1 million.
Begbies Traynor proposed a final dividend of 1.8 pence per share, leading to an increased payout of 2.6p, up 8% from 2.4p the year before.
Shares in the business rescue and recovery firm remained flat at 76.50 pence on Wednesday.
