DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Baron Oil Chairman Buys 2 Million Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Independent oil and gas company Baron Oil PLC Wednesday said Chairman Rudolph Berends bought 2 million shares at a price of 1.85 pence per share.

Berends now has an interest in 40 million shares.

Shares in the company were trading 11.4% higher at 1.95 pence per share Wednesday.
