LONDON (Alliance News) - Baillie Gifford UK Growth Fund PLC said Non-Executive Director Ruary Neill bought shares worth GBP35,400 in the investment firm in a transaction on Friday.
Neill - non-exec since November - bought 20,000 shares at 177.00 pence each. Shares in Baillie Gifford UK Growth were 0.6% higher at 177.00 pence on Friday.
The holding of Neill - if any - prior to the transaction was not disclosed.
