LONDON (Alliance News) - Animalcare Group PLC Thursday said non-executive Chairman James Lambert acquired 901,699 shares off-market at a mid-price of 153.5 pence per share from his self-invested personal pension.
Following this transaction, Lambert holds 1.4 million shares.
Animalcare share closed flat at 153.5 pence Thursday.
