LONDON (Alliance News) - Alkane Energy PLC Wednesday said that Chief Executive Officer Neil O'Brien and Finance Director Steve Goalby exercised options on Tuesday, and sold a number of the shares at 35.76 pence each in order to satisfy exercise costs and cover tax liabilities.
O'Brien exercised 620,625 options and sold 297,785 shares to cover certain costs and liabilities. O'Briend now has a 0.73% shareholding in the company, with just under 1.1 million shares.
Goalby exercised 486,375 options and sold 223,731 shares. Goalby now holds a total of 963,361 shares in the company, representing a 0.65% stake.
Alkane Energy shares were untraded Wednesday morning at 36.50 pence.
