LONDON (Alliance News) - AEW UK REIT PLC said Thursday that Non-Executive Directors Bim Sandhu and James Hyslop both bought 50,000 shares at a price of 94.03 pence per share and 93.00 pence respectively Wednesday.
Following these purchases Sandhu has an interest in 400,000 shares, and Hyslop in 100,000 shares, both a less than 1.0% stake in the company.
Shares in AEW UK REIT closed up 1.7% at 94.10 pence.
