LONDON (Alliance News) - 7digital Group PLC Thursday said Chairman Donald Cruickshank bought 100,000 shares at a price of 13.85 pence per share Wednesday.
The purchase is his only holding in the company.
Shares in the digital music and radio services platform were up 5.9% at 14.69p Thursday.
