LONDON (Alliance News) - Devro PLC on Tuesday said it appointed Steve Good as non-executive chair with effect from June 1.
Good has been chair of Zotefoams PLC since 2016, having been first appointed as non-executive director in 2014, the collagen products manufacturer said.
He also serves as non-executive director of Dialight PLC and Elementis PLC.
On Good's appointment, Non-Executive Director Paul Withers will cease to be interim chair of the company, a position he held since the conclusion of Devro's annual general meeting on April 25.
Devro shares were trading up 0.2% at 205.00 pence each.
