LONDON (Alliance News) - Custodian REIT PLC on Thursday said it issued 1.7 million new shares under its block listing facility to meet "continued investor demand".
The new shares were issued at 106.5 pence per share, raising GBP1.8 million before costs and expenses.
Shares in the UK commercial real estate investment company closed down 0.5% at 107.96p.
