Creightons Issues 300,000 Shares For Options Exercise (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - Creightons PLC Monday said it has issued 300,000 shares pursuant to an exercise of options by employees and one director.

150,000 shares were exercised by employees at 2 pence each, and the remaining half were exercised by Deputy Managing Director Martin Stevens at 1.38p each.

Following this, Stevens now holds 331,818 shares, representing 0.6% of the company's issued share capital.

Shares in Creightons were trading up 2.5% at 7.95 pence Monday morning.
