COVID-19 cases in England rose by around 35,200 per day last week: ONS

LONDON, Oct 23 (Reuters) - New cases of COVID-19 in England
were rising by around 35,200 per day during the week to Oct. 16,
compared with 27,900 the week before, an official estimate based
on samples of the population showed on Friday.
