(Alliance News) - Tekcapital PLC on Tuesday noted MicroSalt PLC's official filing to list on London Stock Exchange's AIM market, with the latter's chief financial officer also being Tekcapital's CFO.
Tekcapital, a London-based intellectual property investment company on Monday had noted that MicroSalt, in which it holds an 87.3% stake, plans to IPO on October 18.
MicroSalt is a London-based developer of a patent protected and scalable manufacturing process that produces a salt crystal that is about 100 times smaller than traditional salt.
The company's chief executive officer is Richard Guiney, CFO is Tekcapital's CFO Konrad Dabrowski, and chair is Judith Batchelar.
How much MicroSalt aims to raise on admission as well as its anticipated market capitalisation is not disclosed. Its expected issue price is also not public.
Tekcapital shares fell 4.0% to 12.00 pence each on Tuesday afternoon in London.
