(Correcting the total worth of shares subscribed by directors.)

LONDON (Alliance News) - EQTEC PLC said Monday that some of its directors subscribed for new shares in the company at a price of 0.93 pence.

Non-Executive Chairman Ian Pearson subscribed for 537,634 shares for GBP4,999 following which he holds a 0.03% stake in the technology solution company.

Chief Executive Officer Ian Price took up 725,806 for GBP6,749, raising its stake to a 0.04% interest.

Finance Director Gerry Madden subscribed for 569,677 for GBP5,297, raising its total stake to 1.4 million shares, or 0.08%.

Lastly, Non-Executive Director Tom Quigley took up 193,548 shares, or 0.01% interest, for GBP1,799.
