LONDON (Alliance News) - Distribution company Connect Group PLC on Thursday said it has appointed David Bauernfeind as its new chief financial officer, effective from August 15.
Bauernfeind is the former chief financial officer at Xchanging PLC, the business processing, technology and procurement services provider acquired earlier this year by US group Computer Sciences Corp.
He replaces Nick Gresham, whose departure from Connect was announced in January.
Connect shares were down 1.0% on Thursday to 147.25 pence.
