Connect Group CFO Bauernfeind To Step Down Once Replacement Is Found

LONDON (Alliance News) - Distribution and logistics provider Connect Group PLC announced on Tuesday that its CFO David Bauernfeind has decided to step down in pursuit of new opportunities.

Bauernfeind will stay in his role until a suitable replacement is found to ensure a positive handover, the company said.

"David has played an important role in the execution of our strategy to focus the Group's activities, and in the successful disposals of our former Education & Care and Books divisions," said Chief Executive Officer Mark Cashmore.

On Tuesday, Connect Group shares were trading down by 3.9% at 57.69 pence.
