LONDON (Alliance News) - Cluff Natural Resources PLC on Friday said it has extended by one week the exclusivity period entered with an unnamed "major" international oil and gas firm for a farm out agreement on licence P2252.
The company said discussions with the party are at an "advanced stage", though have not yet concluded. Exclusivity has been granted until February 7.
At the end of November, Cluff signed the exclusivity agreement for licence P2252, located to the north west of the Breagh gas field in the southern North Sea.
Cluff shares were trading up 7.6% at 2.69 pence each early on Friday.
