Wed, 25th Aug 2021 07:34
(Sharecast News) - Pharmaceutical group Clinigen said on Wednesday that chief financial officer Nick Keher has stepped down with immediate effect "to pursue other business interests".
Richard Paling, who has been the group's financial controller since April 2017, will assume the role of interim CFO while an external search for a new, permanent replacement is underway.

Chief executive officer Shaun Shilton said: "I would like to thank Nick both personally and on behalf of the Clinigen team for his dedicated work for the company over the past two and a half years. Nick has played a pivotal role in helping us to deliver on our ambitious strategy against the backdrop of the global Covid-19 pandemic and we wish him every success in the future."
