ClearStar Wins Three-Year US Contract Worth USD500,000 Per Annum

LONDON (Alliance News) - ClearStar Inc said Thursday it has been awarded a three-year contract worth an estimated USD500,000 per year with an undisclosed US-headquartered relocation and logistics services provider.

ClearStar, a technology and service provider for the background-check industry, said the contract is its largest direct services contract to date. Revenue recognition from the contract will begin in the second half of 2016.

Under the contract, ClearStar will provide a customised version of its application portal for conducting background checks, as well as hosting a web-based product for use on mobile devices for remote hiring.

Shares in ClearStar are untraded Thursday morning. They last closed at 33.00 pence.
