LONDON (Alliance News) - The European Investment Trust PLC said Monday the City of London Investment Management Co Ltd now holds a 5.3% in the company.
City of London Investment now holds an interest in 2.2 million of The European Investment Trust's 41.6 million issued shares.
Prior to Thursday transaction, City of London's stake in The European Investment Trust was not reported.
Shares in The European Investment Trust closed down 0.7% Monday at 914.00 pence each.
