LONDON (Alliance News) - NextEnergy Solar Fund Ltd on Thursday said it appointed Susan Inglis as a non-executive director with effect from April.
Inglis has over 30 years' experience advising investment companies and financial institutions, the company said.
Furthermore, she is currently chair of the Bankers Investment Trust PLC and a non-executive director of Baillie Gifford US Growth Trust PLC, BMO Managed Portfolio Trust PLC, Seneca Global Income & Growth Trust PLC and the European Investment Trust PLC.
Shares in the company, which invests in solar power plants in the UK, were trading 0.3% higher at 119.37 pence each.
