CIP Merchant Capital Takes 0.5% Stake In Orthofix Medical (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - CIP Merchant Capital Ltd on Tuesday said it invested USD150,000 to acquire a further 2,500 shares in Orthofix Medical Inc.

Orthofix is a NASDAQ-listed medical devices company. Following the acquisition, CIP owns 97,000 shares in Orthofix, about a 0.5% stake.

CIP Merchant shares were untraded at 68.50 pence each.
