Mon, 14th Oct 2019 09:37

(Alliance News) - Billing and customer relations management software firm Cerillion PLC said Monday it has secured a new "major" contract worth nearly GBP3 million from an unnamed South African mobile virtual network enabler company.

"This major contract win demonstrates the flexible nature of our product, where modules can be integrated into existing solutions to drive innovation and commercial advantage," Cerillion Chief Executive Louis Hall said.

"This is our fourth significant win in the past few months, and supports the ongoing momentum in the business."

Cerillion will supply and install modules from its Enterprise BSS/OSS Suite which will support charging and product management. The win follows a competitive tender process.

The GBP2.9 million contract will begin immediately. In 2018, Cerillion generated GBP2.0 million pretax profit from revenue of GBP16.0 million.

Shares in Cerillion were 6.0% higher at 193.50 pence in London on Monday.
