(Alliance News) - Restaurant owner Tasty PLC has made Finance Director Mayuri Vachhani's position a board one, it said Thursday, 18 months after her initial appointment.
Vacchani, prior joining Tasty in February 2018, held finance roles at McDonald's Corp and Big Easy, amongst others.
Shares were 5.8% lower on Thursday at a price of 3.25 pence each.
Tasty, which owns 57 restaurants made up of 51 Wildwood and 6 'dim t' sites, mainly operates outside of London. On Tuesday, it reported an 8.3% decline in interim revenue as the UK casual dining market continues to weaken.
