LONDON (Alliance News) - UK-focused shopping centre investor Capital & Regional PLC on Monday said it is planning to seek a secondary listing in South Africa.
The company said it has secured approval from the Johannesburg Stock Exchange for the secondary listing, in addition to its London Main Market listing.
Shares in the company were down 0.1% to 66.925 pence on Monday.
