(Alliance News) - Capita PLC said Friday it hired former Trinity Mirror PLC executive Georgina Harvey as non-executive director at the outsourcing firm from the start of October.
Harvey served as regional managing director as part of the executive committee of publishing firm Trinity Mirror, now called Reach PLC.
She currently serves as a non-executive at McColl's Retail Group PLC, Superdry PLC and Big Yellow Group PLC. She is standing down as non-executive director of William Hill PLC at the end of 2019.
Capita Chair Ian Powell said Harvey "brings extensive skills and considerable experience and will add further depth and expertise to our board."
Shares in Capita were 0.6% lower at 121.05 pence in London on Friday.
