Bushveld Minerals Repurchases 150,000 Shares At 3.28 Pence Each

LONDON (Alliance News) - Bushveld Minerals Ltd on Monday said it has repurchased 150,000 shares in the company at a price of 3.28 pence per share through its broker Mirabaud Securities LLP.

Following the repurchase, which took place last Friday, Bushveld has a total of 486.3 million shares in issue with further shares held in treasury.

Bushveld shares were down 1.5% to 3.25p on Monday afternoon.
