(Alliance News) - Brickability Group PLC on Tuesday said that Chief Financial Officer Stuart Overend had died on Monday following a sudden illness after a leave of absence.
During Overend's short illness, finance duties were taken over by team members Michelle Erickson and Dee Pattermore. Overend had been in his role at the construction materials firm for two years since 2018.
Chair John Richards said: "Our first thought is with Stuart's family to whom we extend our deepest and heartfelt sympathies. Stuart was a tremendous colleague and friend and we are grateful to have had the opportunity to know him these past years. Stuart will be missed so very much by us all."
Shares in Brickability Group PLC closed flat at 52.50 pence in London on Tuesday.
