Brave Bison Appoints Tangent Boss Oliver Green As Non-Exec Director

(Alliance News) - Brave Bison Group PLC on Friday said it appointed Oliver Green as non-executive director, with immediate effect.

Green is the chief executive of marketing agency Tangent, having worked in digital marketing and technology for the last seven years across a range of sectors, Brave Bison noted.

Tangent and associated companies currently hold 22% of Brave Bison.

"Oli has deep industry experience and relevant insight into the rapidly changing digital industry," said Brave Bison CEO Kate Burns.

"He brings valuable strategic input and a powerful network of potential partners to Brave Bison and the executive team. We are thrilled to have him join the board," Burns added.

Brave Bison shares closed 1.6% lower in London on Friday at 1.26 pence each.
