BOS Global Shares Re-Admitted After Accounts Publication (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - Workplace software company BOS Global Holdings Ltd on Wednesday released its delayed accounts for its most recent financial year, during which the firm was named Forte Energy NL and operated as a uranium exploration company.

The company booked a pretax loss of USD2.4 million for its financial year ended June 30, 2016, narrowed from a USD34.7 million loss the prior financial year. The company had no revenue-generating activities in either year.

Shares in BOS Global were re-admitted to trading on AIM on the publication of the accounts and were up 11% at 8.48 pence Wednesday morning.
