(Alliance News) - North America-focused precious and base metals explorer Landore Resources Ltd on Friday said it has hired Glenn Featherby as a non-executive director, with immediate effect.
Featherby was previously non-executive chair of uranium exploration company Forte Energy NL, now BOS Global Holdings Ltd. He was also a non-executive director of mining & exploration company Patagonia Gold PLC, and a former director of oil & natural gas exploration company Hawkley Oil & Gas Ltd.
"Glenn brings considerable experience of the resources sector and extensive commercial experience to the board. He will be a valuable addition and I look forward to working with him to guide the future development of the company," said Landore Chief Executive Bill Humphries.
Landore shares were up 3.7% at 0.70 pence each on Friday morning in London.
