LONDON (Alliance News) - Workplace software company BOS Global Holdings Ltd said Thursday it has appointed a new chief operating officer and a new executive director.
BOS Global said Mark Uren has been appointed as COO, having previously been a director at subsidiary companies within the group and chief executive of a major animal hospital.
Murray Bergin has been appointed as an executive director of BOS, having previously been an independent director. Bergin is active in directing technology start-ups and has extensive management experience in the software industry, said BOS.
"Having enjoyed working with BOS GLOBAL for the past three years and with my previous experience working with technology advice and guidance companies, I am extremely pleased to take on the role of group chief operating officer at this exciting time for BOS GLOBAL," said Uren.
"Together with Murray Bergin, we are dedicated to creating a strong and efficient team with the relevant software development knowledge to provide a comprehensive productivity suite to our customers," added Uren.
Shares in BOS Global were untraded early Thursday, having closed down 5.0% at 7.01 pence Wednesday.
