LONDON (Alliance News) - Microbiological control technologies company Bioquell PLC on Wednesday said it remains in an offer period and continues to consider options for its future.
The company, which focuses on decontamination and infection control technology, started a strategic review in May 2015 which it said could include the sale of all or parts of the business.
On Wednesday, Bioquell said the review is ongoing and said it will publish its 2015 results before the end of April.
Bioquell shares were up 0.9% to 170.00 pence.
