LONDON (Alliance News) - RPC Group PLC's acquisition by US company Berry Global Group Inc has been cleared by the Competition Commission of South Africa, it was announced on Thursday.
Berry will pay 793 pence per share for rival packaging business RPC in a GBP3.34 billion takeover.
Shares in RPC were down 0.1% at 786.60 pence on Thursday morning.
