LONDON (Alliance News) - BB Healthcare Trust PLC said on Monday it has refinanced its revolving credit facility, and could expand it in future.
BB Healthcare has a USD100 million facility with Scotiabank, and this could be increased to USD150 million. It expires in January 2021.
Shares were 2.1% lower on Monday morning at a price of 129.75 pence each.
