LONDON (Alliance News) - Genus PLC said Monday that Baillie Gifford & Co held a 5.0% stake in the animal genetics company after a transaction on Thursday.
Baillie Gifford's holding was 3.1 million shares. Its holding prior to the transaction, if any, has not been disclosed.
Shares in Genus were trading up 1.0% at 2,744.00 pence per share on Monday.
