LONDON (Alliance News) - Aurora Investment Trust PLC on Wednesday said it has raised GBP8.1 million through a share placing.
The company has issued 4.9 million shares at 166.67 pence per share. Aurora shares were up 0.3% to 166.77 pence.
The fund will use the funds to boost the size of its issued share capital, giving it a larger equity base to spread fixed costs and provide secondary liquidity in its shares.
