LONDON (Alliance News) - Waste management firm Augean PLC Wednesday said it has settled a previously disclosed dispute with a customer for GBP1.1 million.
This matter has been settled without a legal claim being made, Augean said. It had previously flagged the matter with its full year results in March, at which time it had said the customer had indicated an intention to bring a claim against the company.
The settlement will be treated as an exceptional cost in Augean's income statement, it said. Details of the dispute are subject to a confidentiality agreement, Augean said.
Shares in Augean were flat at 46.75 pence Wednesday.
