LONDON (Alliance News) - Shares in Atlantis Resources Ltd were readmitted on AIM trading on Tuesday, as the company said it intends to re-list itself under a new name SIMEC Atlantis Energy Ltd on the back of the reverse takeover of Welsh power station SIMEC Uskmouth for GBP123 million.
Trading under the new name is expected to commence on June 15. Shares in Atlantis were suspended ahead of SIMEC acquisition.
Atlantis shares were trading 19% higher at 42.00 pence each on Tuesday afternoon.
