(Alliance News) - Animalcare Group PLC said Wednesday that Non-Executive Director James Lambert intends to step down from the board, having served on the board for 16 years.
Lambert will leave the board with effect from the conclusion of the annual general meeting on June 25, the animal health business said.
Shares in Animalcare closed 0.6% lower at 159.00 pence each.
